What you’ll do:

The Videographer/Photographer will be responsible for creating video, photographic and graphic design content across the website, mobile, app, newsletters and social media. The role will look to create, edit and produce video content for Namshi projects, alongside taking care of design and art-working tasks day to day. In addition, the role may be called upon to produce still life and model based photo assets and video reels. Considering brand guidelines across all Namshi collateral, this role is crucial to the creative team, creating fun and engaging assets to tight deadlines, researching and presenting ideas and concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating graphic assets for digital, mobile, app and marketing projects
• To bring fresh ideas and approaches for design, video and briefing processes
• Briefing and working with front-end developers to bring your creative to life
• Managing your own time and deadlines
• Strong sense of design layout to create final digital artwork
• Creating video and photographic assets for digital, mobile, app and marketing projects
• Shooting a variety of styles of original content, in studio or on location including behind the scenes and look-book styles
• Managing full video process, from Pre-production to Post Production (Conceptualizing/Storyboarding- filming, shooting still (product/models) photography assets to editing and post production
• Vast knowledge in camera, lighting, & other required equipment
• Collaborate across Creative, Content and Marketing teams to help set video concepts

What you’ll need:

• Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and After Effects, Cinemagraph, Final Cut Studio and other video encoding tools
• Supporting Senior Designer & Design Manager
• Excellent communication skills
• Maintaining a high visual standard and assist others in maintaining this standard
• Proactive with a positive mindset
• Problem solving capability
• Team player
