– Bookings require confirmation via email, signed contract, or deposit.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
– Cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled shoot.

4. Client Responsibilities
– Clients must provide accurate project briefs and necessary access (venues, permissions, event timings).
– For events, clients are responsible for arranging permits (if required) for photography or videography.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
– All photos and videos remain the intellectual property of Wow Shoots Photography Studio UAE unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– Clients receive rights for personal or commercial use depending on the service package.
– We reserve the right to use selected photos/videos for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless the client explicitly declines in writing.

1. While we take utmost care in delivering high-quality work, we are not liable for:
– Delays caused by events beyond our control (weather, technical failures, or venue restrictions).
– Loss or damage due to unforeseen circumstances.
