We are recruiting a talented and creative Real Estate Photographer and Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for capturing stunning images and videos that highlight the unique features of our properties. The role requires proficiency in real estate photography as well as skills in portrait and candid photography.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography and Videography:

• – Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties, including interiors, exteriors, and surrounding areas.
• – Utilize advanced photography techniques and equipment to create visually appealing and accurate representations of properties.
• – Edit and retouch photos and videos using industry-standard software to enhance their quality and appeal.
• – Conduct portrait and candid photography sessions as needed for various marketing and promotional purposes.

Content Creation:

• – Develop engaging visual content for our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
• – Create virtual tours and video walkthroughs to provide prospective buyers with immersive property experiences.
• – Collaborate with marketing and content creation teams to ensure cohesive and compelling visual storytelling.

Software Proficiency:

• – Use Adobe Suite software, including Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, and Illustrator, for editing and creating high-quality visual content.
• – Utilize Capcut for quick and efficient video editing and enhancements.

Qualifications:

• – Proven experience in real estate photography and videography.
• – Proficiency in portrait and candid photography.
• – Strong portfolio showcasing previous real estate, portrait, and candid photography work.
• – Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, Illustrator) and Capcut.
• – Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• – Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• – Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• – Strong communication skills.
• – A degree or certification in photography, visual arts, or a related field is preferred.
