Job Summary: As a Real Estate Photographer and Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality images and videos of residential and commercial properties and content for agents. Your work will play a vital role in our marketing efforts, helping to attract potential buyers and renters through compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photography:
• Capture high-quality, visually appealing photos of properties, including interiors, exteriors, and key features.
• Utilize proper lighting techniques to ensure optimal image quality.
• Stage and arrange scenes to highlight the best aspects of each property.
• Perform post-processing and editing to enhance photos, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Videography:
• Shoot engaging property videos, including walk-throughs, aerial footage (drone), and highlight reels.
• Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up equipment, lighting, and audio.
• Edit video footage to create polished, professional videos that effectively market the properties.
• Add graphics, music, and voiceovers as needed to enhance video quality.
• Equipment Management:
• Maintain and care for photography and videography equipment, ensuring everything is in good working order.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and equipment.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with real estate agents, marketing teams, and property owners to understand their vision and requirements.
• Provide creative input and suggest ideas to improve the visual appeal of property listings.
• Administrative:
• Manage and organize digital files, ensuring easy retrieval and access.
• Deliver completed photo and video projects within the agreed-upon timelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a real estate photographer and videographer.
• Proficiency in using professional photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and drones.
• Strong skills in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Suites, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, cup cut).
• A keen eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with drone photography and videography.
• A portfolio showcasing previous real estate photography and videography work.
