We are seeking a skilled and creative Videographer/Photographer to produce high-quality visual content for our real estate listings and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in both videography and photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to capture stunning property visuals. This role requires a Dubai resident with excellent English skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Videography: Film and edit high-quality videos showcasing properties, virtual tours, market trends, and company events.
• Photography: Capture professional photos of properties, interiors, exteriors, and community features for listings and marketing materials.
• Post-Production: Edit videos and photos to enhance visual appeal, ensuring they meet our brand standards.
• Equipment Management: Maintain and manage all photography and videography equipment, ensuring everything is in working order and up to date.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align visual content with company objectives and campaigns.
• Content Strategy: Contribute to the development of visual content strategies to effectively showcase properties and engage potential clients.
• Event Coverage: Document and promote company events, open houses, and industry-related activities through high-quality visual content.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously seek new and innovative ways to enhance our visual content.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Videographer/Photographer, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Proficiency in video filming and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Expertise in photography techniques and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Strong portfolio showcasing videography and photography skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be a Dubai resident.
