Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Photographer/Videographer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content including photography and videography to support our marketing initiatives across various platforms. Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties, interiors, and exteriors.
• Edit and retouch photos/videos to enhance visual appeal and quality.
• Create engaging and creative visual content for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual content strategies.
• Maintain an organized library of visual assets for easy access and retrieval.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity and visual style across all projects.
• Create Instagram reels, Tik Toks to showcase hot properties.
• Prepare static monthly graphics for trending areas, locations and properties to enhance engagement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in photography and videography techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Photographer/Videographer, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in using DSLR cameras, lighting equipment, and other photography/videography tools.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with Canva for creating graphics and visual content.
• Excellent eye for detail and composition.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of photography and videography projects.
