Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Photographer / Videographer at Luxe Finder Real Estate LLC. As a Real Estate Photographer / Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs and videos of our luxury properties. Your work will play a crucial role in showcasing the beauty and uniqueness of each property, helping potential buyers visualize their dream home. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical skills in photography and videography, and the ability to work closely with our marketing and sales teams to produce visually stunning content.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a professional photographer/videographer, preferably in the real estate industry
• Proficient in using DSLR and mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and other photography/videography gear
• Strong technical skills in capturing, editing, and post-processing high-quality photos and videos
• Knowledge of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Familiarity with real estate photography/videography trends and techniques
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for capturing the best angles and features of a property
• Proficiency in photo/video editing software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their requirements for visual content
• Knowledge of real estate podcast (setting up from the scratch)
• Portfolio showcasing your photography/videography skills and real estate-related work
• Valid UAE Driver’s License and own car would be preferred
