Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Creator at Hoof Specialty Coffee. The Content Creator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with content creation, including creating engaging videos, and images for and not limited to Social Media, Website, Branding, and PR. The role involves collaborating with the marketing & operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality video and photo content that showcases our cafe, products, events, and customer experiences.
• Edit and produce engaging videos and photos for use across various digital platforms, including social media, website, and marketing campaigns, and covering live events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual strategies.
• Maintain an organized archive of all visual content.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s style, tone, and identity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a videographer and photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a must
• Video Production, Camera Operation, and Lighting skills
• Experience in shooting video with various cameras
• Strong attention to detail and composition
• Knowledge of editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom), and post-production processes
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and color theory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Photography, or a related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for special events.

Salary: 10,000 to 13,000 AED
