• **Design with Flair:** Create eye-catching graphics, brochures, and marketing materials that make our listings stand out.
• **Video Virtuoso:** Shoot and edit engaging property videos and virtual tours that captivate potential buyers.
• **Brand Consistency:** Ensure all visual content aligns with our brand identity and marketing strategies.
• **Collaborate & Innovate:** Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
• **Stay Ahead of Trends:** Keep up with the latest design and photography trends to keep our content fresh and innovative.

What We’re Looking For

• A creative genius with a portfolio that showcases your photography, editing, and graphic design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of real estate photography and the ability to highlight a property’s best features.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for composition, color, and lighting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
