Responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos of our properties and employees and ensuring that our properties and projects are presented in the best possible way to potential clients. The role will involve both photography and videography, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable with both mediums.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for property photography and videography
• Take high-quality photos of properties, including interior and exterior shots, to be used in marketing materials and online listings
• Shoot and edit videos of properties to be used in property tours and other marketing materials
• Manage and organize all photography and videography files, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
• Keep up to date with the latest photography and videography trends and techniques, and incorporate them into your work
• Edit and retouch photos to ensure that they are of the highest quality
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all photography and videography content aligns with the brand’s image and messaging
• Communicate regularly with agents and brokers to ensure that all photography and videography needs are met
• Attend property photo shoots to ensure that all shots are in line with the brand’s image and messaging
• Manage the company’s social media presence, including creating and posting content, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in photography, videography, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in photography and videography, preferably in the real estate industry
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other photography and videography editing software
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A portfolio of previous work that demonstrates a strong understanding of photography and videography principles and techniques
