Introduction:

DetailX, a premium car detailing company based in Umm Ramool, Dubai, is seeking proposals from experienced video production professionals or teams to create a series of high-quality video advertisements. These videos will be used for our Meta Ads campaign to promote our car detailing services.

Project Overview:

• Number of Videos: 8-10
• Duration: Each video should not exceed 60 seconds.
• Video Types: Professional b-roll shots, cinematic shots, and master shots.
• Objective: To create engaging, high-quality video ads that effectively promote DetailX’s services and attract potential customers.

Scope of Work:

1. Pre-Production:

• Collaborate with the DetailX team to understand the video requirements and objectives.
• Develop a creative concept and storyboard for each video.
• Plan the shoot, including locations, equipment, and scheduling.

2. Production:

• Shoot high-quality footage, including b-roll, cinematic shots, and master shots.
• Ensure all shots are professionally lit and composed.

3. Post-Production:

• Edit the footage to create polished, engaging videos.
• Add any necessary graphics, animations, and effects.
• Include background music and sound design as needed.
• Deliver final videos in formats suitable for Meta Ads.

Deliverables:

• 8-10 edited videos, each not exceeding 60 seconds.
• Raw footage and project files.
• Final videos in multiple formats as specified.
